Technical description
Those triple pull-up fixed bars are made with galvanized and plastic-coated steel tubes Ø 102 mm with aluminium cap. The grip bars are treated anti-corrosion, they are plastic-coated and have a non-slip surface Ø 34 mm. Those bars have to be used in hanging position in order to do pull-ups or muscle-ups. Those exercises will tone up your shoulders, pectorals, biceps, abs, triceps and also your back. Lawn, wood chips and soft floor are allowed to install those Metalu Plast pull-up bars.
