Technical description
The Metalu Plast combiné is composed of galvanized and plastic-coated steel tubes Ø 102 mm with aluminium cap. The grip bars are treated anti-corrosion, they are plastic-coated and have a non-slip surface Ø 34 mm. It can be a slick or a non-slip surface at your conveniance. This combiné can be installed on lawn, wood chips or soft floor. This equipment is composed of ladder, pull-up bars and a sit-up bench inclination 300/500. It has to be used in hanging position in order to do pull-ups or sit-ups. Those exercises will tonificate your shoulders, pectorals, biceps, abs, triceps, hamstrings…
