How to react at the receipt of your order when packages are damaged?

Our team work at their best to pack and send with caution your order. Your confidence is a proof of our daily engagement. But sometimes, there is some unforeseen that spoil packages and products. So it is very easy to ensure guarantees, following this steps during the delivery :

1. Check the package and the products in the presence of the deliverer before signing the voucher.

2. If one or more packages are damaged, you have to detailed precisely the damages on the voucher and keep a copy.

3. If the general content of your order is delivered in bad condition, you can reject it in its entirety. Write it clearly on the voucher and keep a copy.

4. Send a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to the shipper within 48h upon delivery. Confirm your comments in this letter and join a copy of the voucher.

Without following this approach, neither request will be accepted. All requests send after the ratification of the voucher without any notification will be rejected. Furthermore, the mention “subject to unpacking” don’t got any legal value.

Following the process is the best insurance in case of problems, so it is the process we advice you to adopt from now on.
